Choice to Gem Uncirculated condition, Extremely Rare note that is rarely seen in any form and very possibly only available as specimen or proof. This is the base note for the commemorative 1956 ND Issue, P-79, but it is missing the overprint. Very possibly this was never issued other than as a commemorative. ABNC.
