Iraq, ND (1942), 1/4 Dinar, P-16, Issued banknote that evidently was part of a large ÒShort SnorterÓ and was removed, tape on left and right edges as well as small areas on upper and lower border, otherwise note would grade Choice VG to Fine condition, signed on face and back numerous times by a variety of people. One of the signatures is by a Captain Howard Lenard. BWC.
