Tonga, ND (1953 written on top margin in ink), 4 Shillings, P-9b Unlisted Specimen banknote, Brown on m/c, arms in middle, palm trees on left and right, back brown, Pin punch CANCELLED, S/N C/1 00000, Archival notations on top margin Ò1203/1Ó, Ò4-5-53Ó and Ò258A10Ó, mounting remnants on left back margin, there is a vertical fold on the right 1/3rd of the note thus an AU condition designation. Rare as specimen and this is the scarcer earlier issue. TDLR.
