New York, New York, Nov. 19, 1861, $1, (NY-1475-G2c SENC), Black on red protectors, large forlorn bulls portrait in middle under curved title, locomotive on bridge with cattle and telegraph lines in foreground on lower left, seal on lower right, S/N 4497, pp A, minimal edge faults, relatively sharp corners and bright colors but there is a small 1/4 inch tear on the top right margin and 2 areas of ink burn, one in the LR signature area and the second on the bottom middle border.
