Signed by Samuel Cooper Quartermaster, 3rd Battalion Artillery. General Knox was the most important military General in American Revolutionary War outside of General George Washington. Samuel Cooper was a 1st Lieutenant & Regimental Quartermaster in the 3rd Artillery Battalion of the Continental Army. Scarce item.
