Manuscript.Two letters on House of Commons Library headed paper, hand written and signed by John O'Connor, Irish Parliamentary Party MP for North Kildare, sent to Henry Givens Burgess, a member of the Dublin Port and Docks Board and later an Irish Free State Senator. The first dated 20 May 1915 and stating that O'Connor will send Burgess' account for the cargo of rifles to Mr. Redmond and urge him to pay at once. The second dated 26 May 1915 stating that O'Connor had been unable to get payment from the treasury after being "laughed out of court".
