Collection of 5 letters. 2 to Miss Charlotte Ward. Thanking her for the work done on behalf of his candidacy for her help during his visit to Pennsylvania. A letter to Mr. Ralph H. Hanks thanking him for his support and the organisation of Farmers for Kennedy-Johnson campaign. Another to Hon John A. Notte, Jr. Governor of Rhode Island extending his appreciation to members of the Senate of the State of Rhode Island for their efforts in securing his victory in the Wisconsin Presidential Primary. And a final typed letter to Governor Notte dated March 10, 1960. Signed ‘Larry O’Brien’ Assistant to Senator Kennedy. The first four signed in the name of Kennedy probably by his secretary.
