This type, struck at Darabjird and its two nearby sattelite cities, Fasa & Jahrum, is the only available silver Islamic in the name of the caliph 'Abd al-Malik. The only other and even more available coins bearing his name are the copper Standing Caliph fulus from various Syrian mints.
