UMAYYAD: al-Walid I, 705-715, AR dirham (2.93g), Mahayy, AH92, A-128, Klat-558b.1, some very light discoloration, lustrous About Uncirculated, ex. Robert Pelletreau collection. This subtype, with properly engraved al-hudda in the reverse marginal text, is indicated by Klat as extremely rare, without any reference to a collection. However, it is probably much more common than the variant with the misspelled word, without the L of al- (Klat-558b.2).
