Colt Model 1878 Frontier Six-Shooter DA revolver, .44-40 cal., 4-3/4” barrel, blue finish, checkered black hard rubber grips, #23426. This antique Colt is in overall fine condition showing approx. 70% original bluefinish, crisp action, sharp markings and very good bore; grips are overall good condition with the right grip showing sunlight toning; lanyard ring present and traces of niter blue on the hammer and trigger in protectedareas; a really nice ’78 with lots of strong original finish.
