Cased Buffalo Bill Historical Society Special Issue deluxe engraved Commemorative Winchester Museum 1 of 250 Colt Frontier Revolvers series, .44-40 cal., 7-1/2” barrel, engraved and inscribed, silver and goldfinish, ivory grips monogrammed with Buffalo Bill Cody’s likeness and the brand of Cody’s TE Ranch, #52BB. This gun is in overall like new condition showing little handling; engraving is in the Helfricht style andaccomplished in the Colt Custom Workshop; casing is in excellent condition and done by Arno Werner. A lovely piece of artwork and limited to only 250 guns. Est.: $6,000-$12,000.
