Winchester Model 1873 saddle ring carbine, .44-40 cal., in original good to very good condition, serial #125390A. The carbine shows a light gray to brown patina finish with some traces of blue in protected areas. There is some light surface and pinprick pitting just starting. The barrel address and markings are good, some slight scratches, a couple of dings in the metal, normal aging. The stocks are good showing normalage from carry and use, a few gouges, small losses, slight hairline cracks.
