Winchester Model 1886 lever action rifle, .33 cal., 24" round barrel, half-magazine, shotgun butt with milled steel butt plate, Lyman receiver sight added, serial #138487. The barrel and magazine tube show 90-95%blue, the frame shows 50-70% blue thinning at the bottom and edges. The hammer and lever show strong traces of case hardening, the rear sight has been removed and filled with a blank. The stocks are very good+, themarkings sharp, action good, bore near excellent.
