High quality 18th century silver mounted small sword showing reinforced piercing blade that is nicely engraved; and ornate silver guard and grip showing floral motifs and small hallmarks on guard with 2 initials "IS". There are 2 circular panels on each side of blade that are engraved "SioTLTLi fait qui _Ire _ _eTLPse honni foit qui mal _ Penpse". The blade is in good condition with some light cleaning and crisp engraving, thehilt is very good and silver not rubbed out. Est.: $1,250-$2,500
