Set of two original large parchment documents, each approx. 22” x 29”, with certificate of authenticity dated 24 March, 1977, confirming an indenture for assignment and ratification of mortgage of an estatebetween Mr. & Mrs. William Robinson and Mr. Issac Teesdale to a Mr. William Wilson dated 18th May, 1819. This set is in overall very good condition for the age and show the beautiful handwritten script of the day andlegal language of a time almost 200 years in the past. Est.: $125-$250.
