Remington New Model Police conversion to .38 rimfire cal., 5-1/2" barrel, nickel plated, varnished wood grips, serial #14600. The revolver remains in fine to near excellent condition showing 90-95% original nickel,some minor losses; areas where finish has lifted show a dark patina. The trigger and hammer show considerable original colors, the grips show 70% varnish, slight wear at the edges. The interior is crisp, the boreexcellent, an 8.5 to 9 on a scale of 1 to 10.
