L. C. Smith 20 gauge Field Grade double barrel shotgun, 28" barrels, double triggers, standard extractors, in very good+ to near fine original condition, serial #98420, with armorer steel marking and Hunter Armsaddress. The gun is choked improved modified right, extra full left. The barrels retain 95-98% original blue, just starting to age with some loss at the edges and muzzle. The frame shows 75-85% casehardening, drifting on the edges but still very colorful and aging nicely. The trigger guard shows 95% original blue; the stocks are very good+ with crisp checkering and the original pad is retained. The stock measures nearly 14-3/4" to end of pad and is its full original length. The action locks tight, the bores are very good+ and may clean to excellent. Est.: $800-$1,600
