Extra wide cartridge belt/money belt, circa about 1890, measuring over 4-1/2" wide, showing catalog type markings on tab which read 97-1/2 and 5-30. The belt shows a nickeled steel buckle and is in goodcondition, showing normal folding and aging, small losses. It also doubles as a money belt and fits large caliber rifle cartridges nicely, 40 loops. Texas Rangers are often pictured wearing just this type cartridgebelt from 1890 to about 1915.
