^Lot 1137 The Who: John Entwistle

Original vintage signed ballpoint caricature sketch of Keith Moon’s assistant Dougal Butler on a light brown 3.25? diameter coaster from the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco. Some scattered light toning, small spot to one edge and a small area of surface peeling above signature, otherwise fine condition. Accompanied by a letter of provenance from Butler stating “This caricature…was drawn by John Entwistle at the Fairmont Hotel, San Francisco on The American Tour of 1976.”
