DS, one page both sides, 8.5 x 11, December 3, 1965. Agreement between Peak Productions and Lucille Ball for Ball to appear on the game show Password, with Lucy’s compensation being $1000. Signed at the conclusion in blue ballpoint by Ball and also initialed on the reverse. A one-page rider is stapled to the document as well, initialed at the bottom in blue ballpoint, “LB.” In fine condition, with staple to top left and a horizontal crease to bottom of page.
