Lot 1508 Robert Taylor
Taylor’s rare yellow AFTRA union P&W benefits card, one page, both sides, 6 x 4, dated December 27, 1968. Pension and Welfare benefit card is filled out in type, including Taylor’s Los Angeles address, birthdate, and Social Security number. Signed at the bottom in black ballpoint “Robert Taylor.” On the reverse, in type, his wife is listed as the recipient of his death benefits. “Deceased” is stamped across the front of the card. Several office notations, aforementioned “Deceased” stamp obscuring a portion of first name of Taylor’s signature, two horizontal creases towards bottom of document, and expected corner wear from handling, otherwise fine condition.
