Notarized DS, one page, 8.5 x 14, January 25, 1956. Moore’s 1956 state of California boxing license renewal application, filled out in type and signed at the conclusion by Moore. Application contains all of Moore’s personal and physical information and states he has a six-year contract with his manager. Upper right has a box that shows Moore paid his $5.00 fee, and had his examinations completed and fingerprints done. A small clipped photo of Moore is stapled to the top left corner. In fine condition, with expected folds, and punch holes to top edge.
