Property Description: Vaaloewer, Address: Situated in Vaaloewer along Vaal River about 30km from Vanderbijlpark, Area: 176 Vaaloewer 630m, 177 Vaaloewer 780m & Portion 6 of Erf 1 5609m.
1. None of the three stands have yet been provided with water or electrical connections. The bulk supplies are however already available in Hadeda Street and connection could readily be installed.
2. A land surveyor’s diagram of Eft 6/1 is attached which shows all the survey/setting out data. We have not previously found the bottom two pegs – they are apparently about 10 m from the water. The temporary roadway at the bottom crosses the stand, as we understand it.
3. It would make perfect sense to consolidate the three stands for a townhouse type development. A town planner informed us that in such a case, and in accordance with the ruling municipal town planning guidelines, as many as 20 units could be constructed on such a consolidated stand
