^Lot 210166 17 Colombia Specimen Tax Stamps Variation 60 Centavos

These (17) 60 Centavos plate block tax stamps (in 2 separate sections) are from Republic De Colombia, marked "IMPUESTO DE CONSUMO." There are slight differences between the two--one has lighter printing, making it an interesting variation. Each has a red "SPECIMEN" overprint and security punch. They are marked "American Bank Note Co." They have no gum, and are unused, in very good condition. One has a torn corner, and there is some slight separation at the perforated edges.
