In full: “Regarding your request for me to carry a stamp on the ASTP mission, I regret that I cannot. We receive many more requests than we could possibly fulfill even if we were permitted to do so. However, NASA regulations do not allow us to accept any articles from the general public to be taken on space missions. I am sorry I cannot be more accommodating.” In fine condition.
