^Lot 210285 Antique Fraternal Law Gold Pin Mary E. Smith

This is a pin from some fraternal law organization, dating from 1900. The name engraved on the top bar is Mary E. Smith, a woman, which is more unusual to find for the time period. A gavel hangs from the bar. The star design has colored enamel, with symbols encircled by a laurel wreath. The reverse is engraved: "Salem Chap. No. 202. 1900." The size is 1 1/8" x 2". Its condition is excellent, and nice and bright. * This is a terrific turn-of-the-century pin.
