CT. 19- (ca.1900-1920). Specimen. Odd shs, Preferred Capital Stock, green. Portrait of Bowne with harbor scenes on each side and underprint of trademark of man holding large cod on back. Scott & Bowne were manufacturers of Scotts Emulsion and cod liver oil which is still being manufactured to this day. Bowne was also known as a famous New York businessman and philanthropist. SBNC.
