This certificate utilizes the original design from the original plate utilized in the 1860-70's with modern corrections and a slight change of name (it used to be called the "Georgia Railroad & Banking Co."). The certificate has an early train on middle top and 3 cameo profiles on left. 2) Odd shs, Common Stock, blue Modern illustration of train outline with letters "FR" behind it. 3),4) $ odd, Registered bond, green and $ odd registered bond, red.
