1897. Certificates. Uncancelled proof or specimen certificate. Magnificent 15.75 by 19.25 inch certificate with multiple vignettes. Top portion of certificate has 15 by 2 inch vignette that includes allegorical figures; cherubs; wild animals; men carrying trading goods and miscellaneous images. Additionally, there is a large central underprint of the exposition building in light green. Upper left corner has been soiled but otherwise in VF condition. Impressive rare certificate ABNC.
