Vintage 3x5 index card hand-signed in green felt tip pen by George Edwards "Duffy" Lewis (D 1979). Lewis was a left fielder and right-handed batter who played for the Boston Red Sox (1910–17), New York Yankees (1919–20) and Washington Senators (1921). He was a 3x World Series Chmapion.
