Signed at the conclusion by Harding and countersigned by Postmaster General Harry New. Double suede matted and framed with a portrait and a biographical plaque to an overall size of 37.5 x 25.5. In fine condition, with central horizontal and vertical fold and a uniform shade of toning. Oversized.
