An untranslated document, headed ‘Vittorio Emanuele III Per Grazia Di Dio E Per Volonta Della Nazione,’ signed at the conclusion, “Vittorio Emanuele” and “Mussolini.” In very good condition, with light toning and creasing, various notations and officiating stamps, and several binder dings along the left edge.
