Founder of the McDonnell Aircraft Corporation (1899–1980), manufacturer of military and naval aircraft and Mercury and Gemini space capsules. Magazine cover from the March 31, 1967, issue of Time magazine, signed in blue ink by McDonnell. In very good condition, with light contrast to signature, torn punch holes to left edge, mailing label to lower left, and some scattered light creases.
