Cocktail menu from the Hotel Astor, 7.75 x 7, signed on the back cover in pencil, “Sincerely, Frank Sinatra.” Reverse is also signed by Jo Stafford, Ziggy Elman, Freddie Stulce, and Beverly Kily, and one other. A central horizontal fold, not affecting Sinatra’s signature, scattered mild toning and soiling, with a bit lightly affecting Sinatra’s sentiment, otherwise fine condition.
