^Lot 146 Lew Wasserman Signed 82nd Animation Birthday Card

Oversized birthday card from Universal Family Entertainment and Universal Cartoon Studios, presented to MCA/Universal Studios top executive Lew Wasserman on his 81st birthday celebration in 1994. Wasserman built MCA into the most powerful talent agency in Hollywood; during the Golden Age of Hollywood it represented James Stewart, Ronald Reagan, Bette Davis and several other mega-stars. Wasserman would acquire Universal Studios in 1962. Interior of card is presented in cartoon cel format, with a drawing of Wasserman and an smiling airplane. Cel is signed by several artists, executives and department heads such as Jay Bixsen, Ric Quiroz, David Arnett, David Thomas and Gretchen Mullenfeld.
