From the Lester Glassner Collection. A collection of memorabilia and slides from the epic 1969 musical festival known as Woodstock. The lot includes (15) b&w stills (with one duplicate) from the 1970 movie 'Woodstock' (approx. 8"x10"); a lot of (13) color slides of stills from the film (with five having duplicates); (3) b&w photos featuring musician Arlo Guthrie (approx. 8"x10"); a typed, two page biography of Arlo Guthrie from Reprise Records; and a Spanish language fold out press book for the release of the film Woodstock (measures approx. 9" x 12") If you were there in the summer of '69, then this will surely bring back memories. Lester Glassner was a collector of Pop culture artifacts whose collection included movie posters, lobby cards, toys, and more than 250,000 movie stills.
