This is an autographed foreign issue lobby card from the 1963 Mickey Spillane film "Cazador De Mujeres" ("The Girl Hunters") signed by the film's co-star Shirley Eaton. Ms. Eaton would achieve her greatest notoriety a year later as Bond Girl Jill Masterson in the 007 masterpiece "Goldfinger". (12.5x17)
