Portrait of three young allegorical women with shield around bust of George Washington who are placing laurel wreath on his head, Printed by NBNC and possibly from an earlier design. Early production proof printed in black on india paper for use of the production department in obsolete banknote, bond, check and fiscal document designing, Uncirculated to CU condition. The proof was for internal production use which is why it was not mounted on card. Rare Security Printing ephemera.
