Potosi, Bolivia, bust 4 reales, Charles IV, 1791PR, encapsulated NGC XF 40, from the "Cuzco hoard" (stated in the slab). KM-72; CT-864. Special (local, unofficial) bust (2-year type), a flashy, lustrous AU in our opinion, but with faint surface hairlines, so probably net-graded by NGC.
