^Lot 390194 Vintage Seat Cane Folding Walking Stick 1920s-30s

This cane was designed for walking, until the person got tired, in which case it folds into a comfortable seat. It is vintage 1920's or 30's, and is marked 501, Made in Pakistan. The seat is brown leather, with strap and snap for when its closed. The leather covered handles have some wear. The post is wood, and appears to have been painted, with a few flecks of black paint remaining. The disk at the base folds to stabilize the point which goes into the ground. The size is 29" to the point. It is in very good and functional condition. * This is a fine and useful old cane.
