An Archaic Greek Terracotta Protome Goddess, Western Greek, probably Sicily, ca. 500 B.C. Woman?s head with slender face, long hair, polos and disc earrings. Her lips form a typical archaic smile. Her wavy hair is parted in the middle and is covered with a polos and a veil which descends to her shoulders. A small perforation for suspension on the top of her head. 5"H, intact. Custom stand.
