Lot 40 A Greek Mycenaean Spouted Bowl
From ancient Greece, Mycenaen period, ca. 1350 - 1300 BC. Terracotta bowl-shaped vessel with small handle, slightly flaring lip and small spout; decorated in brown slip rim and handle, vertical lines on shoulder and horizontal bands on body. Interior is decorated with a brown geometric pattern and the exterior has brown bands. 3-3/8"H x 6-3/4"W (at widest), repaired with some chipping, as shown.
