From the ancient Near East, Anatolia, Early Bronze Age, 2700-2300 BC. Kusura type in cream colored marble, carved in abstract, flattened form with circular head, squared lower body and slender neck between. Round head, long neck and shield-like bust. Front and reverse smoothed. 3-3/4"H (9.5 cm), intact. Custom stand.
