^Lot 86 An Islamic Glass Footed Bowl

Amazing shape and color! From the ancient Near East, ca. 600 - 800 AD. Green glass bowl with fluted sides and footed base, slightly everted rim. Heavily encrusted. 3-3/8"H x 2-1/2"D, appears intact, but hard to know for sure without removing the encrustation, with minor rim roughness, as shown.
