^Lot 164 A Lobi Carved Wood Figure

Burkina Faso or Mali, mid 20th century. A wood carved stylized standing male with coffebean eyes, jutting jaw, hands to sides and angular beasts. A good old piece. 11-1/2” H, several age splits (losses at bottom) and surface erosions. Complete with custom mount.
