Lot 278 Animatronics male ghost mask and hand from the ballroom of the “Haunted Mansion” at Disneyland
Animatronics mask for male ghost and left hand used in the ballroom of the “Haunted Mansion” at Disneyland, circa late 1960s/early 1970s. Both mask and hand have exaggerated and monochromatic makeup for the Pepper’s Ghost effect. The head is made of vinyl, with zipper closure at the back, and measures approx. 11 in. tall. The hand is also made of foam latex and measures approx. 7 in. in length. Both items show signs of use and age. Overall, still in good condition.
