Guanacaste / Nicoya Region of Costa Rica, ca. 1 to 400 AD. Dark green jade / jadeite pendant with string-cut features. The name "ax god" comes from the form of the pendant, which replicates the shape of the traditional stone. Custom stand. Jade measures just under 4"L, intact/excellent.
