Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 14.5 x 9, November 1, 1830. President Jackson grants James Bell 80 acres of land in Indiana. Signed at the conclusion by Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. Double suede matted and framed to an overall size of 25.5 x 15. In good condition, with intersecting folds, one through a single letter of signature, scattered toning and dampstaining, some affecting signature, missing seal, and a few small separations along folds. Oversized.
