Signed at the conclusion by Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. Double suede matted and framed to an overall size of 25.5 x 15. In good condition, with intersecting folds, one through a single letter of signature, scattered toning and dampstaining, some affecting signature, missing seal, and a few small separations along folds. Oversized.
