Partly-printed DS, signed “Fredk. Douglass,” two pages, 8.5 x 14, June 9, 1883. A Deed of Trust between Ellen Kelly and Fred Browning, signed on an outer panel by Douglass as Recorder of Deeds. In very good condition, with partial separations along fragile folds, scattered light toning and soiling, and a few small areas of paper loss.
