Founder of the Nation of Islam (1897–1975) who was accused of ordering the assassination of Malcolm X. Two business checks for the Honorable Elijah Muhammad Poor Fund, 7.25 x 3, both filled out in type and signed by Muhammad, and both dated June–July 1971. In fine condition, with bank stamp to both, one lightly affecting beginning of one signature.
